From 2004 thru Winter of 2006, Primo Lecture Series (PLS) entered a partnership with Forum USA Delaware to present three programs annually. These programs were geared toward the current topics that impact our community.

PLS, also known as the Quintin E. Primo, Jr. Fund for Racial Justice, was the host sponsor for the January, 2005 program, "Being Black" and January, 2006 program, “Getting Education Right”
